About the job:

- Account management and new customer acquisition
- Support the Business Development managers in customer care and administrative tasks
- Processing of all incoming customer inquiries
- Independent creation of proposals, concepts, presentations and contracts
- Independent planning, organization and execution of numerous, inspiring customer events in Germany and abroad
- Inspiration, support and advice for our international clients in the hotel and service industry
- Support of existing customers and their further development in the sections of customer experience, training and quality management
- Researching and analyzing external events
- Support the marketing department
- Market research for business opportunities and growth


The ideal candidate:

- A completed vocational training in hotel industry or a completed business management training
- At least 2 years professional experience in sales / hotel business
- Motivation and interest in the field of sales (Business Development)
- First experiences with an international team
- A helpful and pro-active default setting
- Communication skills and persuasiveness
- Native German and very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Secure handling of the MS Office package
