The internship

If you want to work on developing your clients and challenging yourself with leading your own project, an internship at Performance Solutions is perfect for you! As a Business Partnership Intern you will – together with the other Business Partnership team – be responsible for the commercial effectiveness of Performance Solutions.

Our team boasts a unique and friendly atmosphere. We offer you a varied, exciting and challenging internship in a dynamic market (with the option – in consultation – to fulfil a dissertation). Within Performance Solutions every team works together in order to create the ultimate customer experience.

Within the Business Partnerships department, we have created an interesting and educational internship where you come in contact –under supervision– with the entire commercial process. Are you eager to learn and are you able to show what you can? Then this internship gives you plenty opportunities for growth! Your tasks consist of, i.e.:

• Creating management reports
• Elaborating Proposals
• Support the Business Partnership Coordinator & Managers
• Prepare Commercial (e-) mailings
• Track and update the database
• Preparing (internal) events
• Support with meetings rooms as well as in-house events and trainings • Managing your own projects; incl. reporting, milestones & deadlines

Profile of the ideal candidate

For this internship we are looking for a fun, positive and curious colleague on at least HBO level. Quality, Hospitality and Service is very important to you. The execution of projects and working with guests fits you as a glove and the following skills are really apply to you.

• Communicate: You can express yourself well and clearly in German and English. You have a good grammatical control
• Customer orientation: You are outgoing and have a positive attitude towards guests and customers. You show respect for their wishes and needs and make any effort to help them.
• Mindfulness: You have an eye for details. You make sure that everything is in tip-top order, whether it's a reception room, the desk or the wardrobe. You help where needed and do so proactively.
• Service: You are always and everywhere ready for anyone
• Autonomy: You are enthusiastic about working on and leading your own project to help develop our Business Partnerships department. To give you an example, our last intern worked independently on an internal project to analyze potential new markets for our main solution Reverse.

Knowledge, experience and behaviour

• First experience in a sales department is an advantage
• Experience in the service industry is an advantage
• Experience with Microsoft Office package
• You have a representative and welcoming attitude
• You are hospitable and spontaneous
• You have a hands-on mentality, no 9 to 5 mentality
• You work efficiently and effectively
• You work independently and you also are a team player
• You work accurately and like order and cleanliness
• A drivers license is a plus
